Vertilift...Inside Factory Videos

A look inside the Vertilift manufacturing plant

We take our manufacturing process very seriously at Vertilift. We have a well trained team of technicians to oversee every step of the process and to manage and run the complex machinery needed to manufacture the Vertilift sit stand frames.

We have a testing lab that runs 24 hours 7 days a week where our test frames are subject to 20,000 cycles under full weight capacity. This represents many, many years of normal use.

At 2,000 cycle intervals the frames are tested for fatigue in the joints, rigidity in the frame, slide columns and wear and tear on the motor.

Should there be a failure in any component the cause is located and the part re engineered.
This is our ongoing commitment to Excellence in motion with the Vertilift frames.

Random lift columns are selected and undergo a friction slide test. At 1,000 cycles the powder coating is inspected for wear
Every leg is tested at the end of the assembly line before moving to weight and sound testing
Automated welding is used on all Vertilift components ensureing strong accurate welds giving Vertilift a leading edge
Vertilift frames are tested through 10,000 cycles. Two leg frames are loaded with 160kg and three legs with 240kg. Inspections at 2,000 cycle intervals
Each Vertilift leg is tested under load as the operator carefully listens to the operation of the motor
